Edward (Ed) B. Hicks
President, one third owner, and Broker-in-Charge for Timberland Investment Properties, Inc. First licensed in 1987, Ed is a licensed Broker in FL, GA, SC, NC, and TN. He is also a Registered Forester in NC, SC, and GA, holds an ACF designation (Member of the Association of Consulting Foresters of America), and is a Fellow in the Society of American Foresters. He has worked in both procurement and land mangement for forest Industry and as a forest supervisor over 180,000 acres of forestland. Ed is a former State Certified Appraisal Instructor in FL and owner of Wildwood Consulting, a forestry consulting firm. In his capacity as an industrial forester, consulting forester, and real estate broker, he has worked and walked over hundreds of thousands of acres of industrial and private southern woodlands and knows land.

W. Leonard Wood
Licensed Sales Associate in Florida and a one third owner of Timberland Investment Properties, Inc. A State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Florida and Georgia, Leonard also serves on the Governing Board of St. Johns River Water Management District and is co-owner of Jowett and Wood, Inc.,Consulting Foresters. He is a member of the Society of American Foresters and holds an ACF designation. He has worked for forest industry in a research capacity working, supervising an operational forest fertilization program, and as a land management forester in marketing forest prodducts and as a forestry consutant since 1988. Leonard has extensive knowledge of land and timber values, soil productivity, forest silviculture, and forestland ownerships in north Florida and south Georgia.

Ralph L. Jowett
Licensed Sales Associate in Florida and one third owner of Timberland Investment Properties, Inc. He is co-owner of Jowett and Wood, Inc., a member of the Society of American Foresters, a certified forester with the SAF, and holds an ACF designation. Ralph is a registered forester in Georgia, Missisippi, and Alabama. He is former Forestry Instructor at Lake City Community College. In forestry consulting since 1977, Ralph has extensive forest management and timberland appraisal experience in Florida and Georgia, with contacts throughout the forestry community.
